Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the individual property listing, the following policy applies:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking, provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in
50% refund of the total booking amount if cancellation is made 14–7 days before check-in
No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
Service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
Non-Refundable & Special Rate Bookings
Some properties or promotional rates may be offered at a discounted price and marked as non-refundable.
These bookings cannot be cancelled or modified
No refund will be issued once the reservation is confirmed
Always check the rate details on the listing before booking.
Long-Term Stays (28+ Nights)
For long-term reservations, the following applies:
Cancellation before check-in: refund according to the listing’s stated policy
Cancellation after check-in: the next 30 nights are non-refundable
Any remaining nights beyond that period may be refunded at the host’s discretion
Early Departures
If you choose to leave the property early after check-in:
No refund will be issued for unused nights
This applies to both short-term and long-term stays
Extenuating Circumstances
Supporting documentation may be required.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a reservation:
Log in to your booking account, or
Contact our support team directly via the Contact Us page
Cancellations are only valid once you receive a confirmation email.
