Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after:
- Full or partial payment (as specified during checkout) is successfully received
- You receive a booking confirmation email from Voila Rentals
The confirmation email serves as proof of your reservation and includes important details such as dates, property information, and check-in instructions.
Eligibility to Book
To make a reservation with Voila Rentals, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate personal and contact information
- Agree to comply with house rules specific to the property
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on the property and length of stay. This may include:
- Full payment at the time of booking
- A deposit followed by a balance payment before check-in
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during the booking process. All prices are shown in the applicable currency and may include taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
Security Deposits
Some properties may require a security deposit to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
- Deposits may be pre-authorized or charged separately
- Any unused portion will be refunded after checkout, subject to property inspection
Specific deposit requirements will be clearly communicated before booking.
Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times are defined for each property and shared in the booking details.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability
- Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges
Guests are responsible for returning keys, access cards, or smart-lock devices as instructed.
Guest Responsibilities
During your stay, you agree to:
- Treat the property with care and respect
- Follow house rules, community guidelines, and local regulations
- Avoid excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized gatherings
Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.
Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit.
- Exceeding this limit without prior approval is not permitted
- Additional guests may result in extra charges or immediate termination of the stay
Occupancy limits are enforced to ensure safety and comfort.

We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay
