It also comes with a washing machine/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the sunset/sunrise seated in the balcony. The atmosphere is very relaxing and this is the perfect spot for a great getaway ! Guests will have access to the gym , sauna/SPA , pool and all amenities for free and will have the whole apartment for themselves. I care about my guests experience and this is why I try my best to offer them the unit in the best conditions. The apartment is located in the heart of Brickell, with the historical Brickell key island in front of the building. Plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and CVS within walking distance. Famous restauras Nusr-Et on the same avenue and the famous Brickell city center mall a few minutes away. The best way to move in the Brickell Area is simply by foot to avoid traffic. To go to south beach, uber will do the work for less than 10$.
